Smith and Company Realty is a full-service property management and rental company operating in Southern Maine. We specialize in the management of multi-unit apartment buildings and single family homes in York County. We offer leasing services, bookkeeping, regular maintenance with a 24/7 on-call service, as well as, facilitating capital improvements, and the eviction process. Our goal is to maximize rental income for the owners of our properties while also maintaining a beautiful home for our tenants.
